ENERGY HOME FURNISHINGS — “AS‑IS / FINAL‑SALE” RETURN POLICY

1. SOLD “AS‑IS,” NO WARRANTY

All merchandise offered on EnergyHomeFurnishings.com is close‑out inventory sold strictly “as‑is,” with no express or implied warranty. Cosmetic blemishes, packaging wear, or other minor imperfections may be present and are reflected in our pricing. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and accept the condition of the item(s).

 

2. FINAL‑SALE — NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR STORE CREDIT

Because these products are close‑out and often limited to single‑lot quantities, all sales are final. Once an order leaves our warehouse we cannot accept:

• Returns for refund or exchange

• Partial returns (e.g., accessory‑only)

• Requests for store credit

If the item you’re eyeing is available, act quickly—when it’s gone, it’s gone.

 

3. ORDER ISSUES & SHIPPING DAMAGE

We carefully inspect and pack every order, but freight carriers sometimes make mistakes. Please:

1. Inspect the box at delivery and note any visible damage with the driver before signing.

2. Photograph the packaging and product (inside and out) immediately.

3. Email customerservice@energyhomefurnishings.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

We will work directly with the carrier and, if possible, secure a replacement from the same lot. If no identical inventory remains, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the damaged item.

 

4. CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet entered the packing queue. Contact us immediately at the phone number or email on your order confirmation. Once the order status is “Packed” or “Shipped,” it can no longer be cancelled.

 

5. STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits any non‑waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer‑protection laws. Where those laws provide a mandatory remedy that conflicts with a term above, the mandatory remedy will apply.
